hello, this is my zakhar glitch:
i'm sorry but i can't put in screenshots so here we go,

1st: you go to the exactly midle base, close to the bridge, then you go to the back side of that base.
2nd: you should see a low corner when you look at the base now lie down and crawl to it.
3rd: now crawl against it and stand up.
4th: DO NOT SIT OR LIE DOWN, and you can only move by jumping around.

tip: use medic because you wil get a litle bit of damage when you get under.
